Know More
Some clients need a project. Others need a partner who keeps making them better, and Luke Gilbert at Invicta Performance is why we stay on retainer.
From PT to Brand, Every Step of the Way
Invicta Performance started as one job and became an ongoing partnership, which tells you everything about how it went. Luke Gilbert came to us as a personal coach with a strength and conditioning background who needed a brand that matched the results he was already getting his clients. We built that brand, then kept building. A teaser video, a promo for his online coaching, skits, educational content, a full website, and we're still not done.

Problem
A Coach With No Brand to Match the Results
Luke had the credentials and the client results to prove it. What he didn't have was a brand that looked like it belonged to someone that good. He was working as a PT at a gym that wasn't his, with a move to a new gym in the works, and nothing visual to announce it, build anticipation, or carry his name once he stepped out on his own.

Solution
Build the Brand, Then Never Stop Building
We started with a full brand design, giving Luke an identity as sharp as his coaching. From there we built a 6 second teaser video to hint at his move to a new gym before he'd even left the old one, the kind of tease that gets people asking questions. Since then the work hasn't stopped: a promo video for his online coaching, photography portraits, funny skits that show his personality, educational content that shows his expertise, and a website that ties it all together.

The Blueprint
A Brand Should Grow With the Business, Not Sit Still
We didn't build Luke a brand and walk away. We built one designed to move with him, from PT to gym owner to online coach with a following, because a static brand stops working the moment the business doesn't. Every piece since, the teaser, the skits, the education, the website, has built on the last one instead of starting over. That's the difference between a client and a retainer.
